1. Who we are

Primr (“Primr,” “we,” “us”) runs a private online community for verified former athletes, veterans, and approved employers at joinprimr.com and app.joinprimr.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must be at least 18 years old. Members must be verified as a veteran or former competitive athlete. You agree to give us truthful information for verification. We may approve, deny, or remove any account at our discretion.

You choose a display name that other members see. You agree not to use a display name that impersonates someone else or is offensive.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account. One account per person.

4. Community rules

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In short: don’t reveal anyone’s identity or private information, don’t share classified or operationally sensitive information, don’t harass anyone, don’t spam or sell outside the Roster and Jobs areas, and don’t game points. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You own what you post. You give Primr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service and in Primr’s own communications (for example, featuring a top thread in the Monday brief). You’re responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

Advice shared by members is personal opinion, not professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or career advice. Use your own judgment.

6. Points and rewards

Points have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and aren’t property. We may change how points are earned, set limits, adjust balances to correct errors or abuse, and change or discontinue rewards at any time. Rewards are subject to availability and are shipped within the United States. We may cancel an order and refund points. Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

7. The Roster and jobs

Roster listings and job postings are provided by members and employers. Primr doesn’t endorse, guarantee, or take part in any transaction, employment decision, or offer between users. Teammate offers are made by the business, not by Primr. Do your own diligence.

Employers agree to post real, lawful roles, to follow applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and to use member information only to evaluate candidates for their roles.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Your real name and verification details are visible only to the Primr team.

9. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Primr isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll tell you through the Service or by email. Continuing to use Primr after changes means you accept them.
